Florida Animal Health Foundation is a
non-profit organization founded in 1976 by veterinarians and others concerned with the health and welfare of animals, and the furtherance of the human-animal bond. Many animals suffer needlessly because of human
ignorance, poor stewardship, poverty, overpopulation, disruption of environments, natural disasters, and human illnesses. It is the organization's desire and purpose to
provide education and assistance to those who may need help with their animals, may be suffering through the loss of a pet, or are unable to properly care for a pet due to illness.
